Tina Mak interviewed Winson Chan, Director of Sales at Tridel, one of Canada's Largest Condominium developer in Toronto. Winson has been with Tridel for over 20 years. He said less than 5% of their buyers are foreign investors. The market doesn't have enough supply to satisfy the demand.
