Listings inventory is very low in general.  IF you wish to get a good price or even multiple offers, this is the time to list!! According to this youtube, 96% of Y generation have already joined social media.  They think email is passe.  Facebook added 100 million users in less than 9 months & Youtube is 2nd largest search engine in the world.  Like it or not, u have to be on social media one form or the other esp when u r in business!
