Yeah!!!! Finally our market is a bit more normal!!! Condo and TH still hot though...local govt charging developers more to build so just wonder why they keep saying they try to make our city more affordable...Govt just wanna make as much money as the developers. Real estate is the major revenue to any prime cities. Anyway, this is the time to get into the market not when the market picks up again.
