2021 B.C. Housing Market – Onwards & Upwards!
What a year of 2020! There is no word to describe what we have been going through and we sure have learned and changed a lot in the last 12 months. Who could have predicted a Record-Breaking Year of Sale in 2020 in British Columbia? A nose dive listings and sales volume between March and May, then a strong come back from June onwards. We have heard many times on the media that pent-up demand and low interest rate are the reason for this unpredictable bounced back strong market even though the global economy is full of uncertainty with some sectors doing extremely strong while the others are really struggling. Think twice if you think our market is crazy, B.C. certainly is not as hot as other part of the country let alone comparing to the US market.
