When reading this "The wealthiest cities in the world" article, I wonder how accurate the report really is. The rich and famous in the emerging markets really don't want people to find out their wealth for political reasons. Happy to see Toronto is on both "millionaires" and "multi-millionaires" lists but out from the "billionaires" list. According to this report, Tokyo is the real winner. Dubai only on the "Billionaires" list but not the other...go figure..They don't have millionaires, only billionaires I guess..
