Vancouver fast changing market
The pre sales market is going crazy. People starts line up or camp out a week b4 the opening. Majority of those buyers are Chinese buyers. I'd highly recommend the local investors to go into the condo resale market. It hasn't gone crazy the way it should be but I anticipate it would hit up soon.
