Jan 31- Deadline to appeal property tax in British Columbia?

January 22nd, 2023

The deadline to file an appeal is Jan 31 of each year. If you believe an error was made in an assessment, disallowed refund or other decision made by the Ministry of Finance, you may be able to appeal. I'm so glad to have Keith MacLean-Talbo, Director of Property Tax at Grover Elliott in my AM1320 studio to talk about this very much needed information.
