Post Olympic Vancouver Real Estate Market

There has been many different prediction on how the Olympic going to affect Vancovuer real estate market. Some people predicts the developer at the Olympic Village needs to sell out after the Olympic & expecting some big discount from the developer. I was amazed how people make their own prediction & totally believe that's what is going to happen then spread their thoughts out around & mislead others to believe in it. I took my buyer to the Olympic Village today(March 7th, 2010) to prove to her that what she heard was incorrect. In my opinion, we won't see any dramatic real estate price different immediately in this coming year. However, in a couple of years time, I can see the positive influence starting to happen.
