2) HK, Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Sydney, London..all these major cities have foreign nationals tax, different cooling measures, strict lending rulesl introduced by their government trying to cool the real estate market. I end up don't see them successful..I always see the other way round. In your own opinion, what's the pros and cons with this new lending rules? who is the govt trying to help or discourage? local? foreigners?
