Recent report shown despite rapidly rising rents, 1 in 4 renters ready to rent for the rest of their lives...I guess their confident level has been shadowed by their weak housing market. They used to use their property as their money making vehicle. Took out equity to support their live style. Now, they went to another extreme due to their prolong weak economy.. Wow, what a great news for investors! The sad news is the theory of "the rich get richer & the poor get poorer" will always be there.
