Wendy’s background is in event co-ordinating and marketing. With this knowledge and experience, she thoroughly understands the details of planning, moving and proper marketing of a property. Wendy will use all of these skills in order to help you create the smoothest and most efficient experience in buying or selling. Wendy has also been interested in home improvement projects and learned how to tile her own bathroom. Since then she has completed more projects and loved it. With her eye for interior decorating, she can help stage a space using existing furniture. Along with keeping herself updated with new design trends and home improvement projects, she keeps herself educated about all legal aspects and current real estate market trends so that she can further help her clients.

In her personal time, she enjoys being outdoors with her 2 dogs. Wendy has immersed herself in the pet culture across the lower mainland, enjoying bringing her dogs around to the many parks and shops that share her love for animals as well. If she is not outdoors, then she is browsing furniture stores looking for the perfect pieces to furnish her home.

Wendy believes that the foundation of a good business relationship is trust. Building strong customer/client communication networks, Wendy is able to ensure that you will be able to find the best match for all of your needs. With combining all of her skills and interests, Wendy is able to not only help her clients with their purchase or sale of a home but also help with the staging or designing of their home as well.
