Who is renting in Vancouver and where to advertise?

I have recently encounter many Korean and Middle Eastern rental agents working in the rental market looking for property on behalf of their clients.  Their clients include students and relocation professionals.  Due to the language barrier, the potential tenant always feel more comfortable working with people who can speak their own language.  The rental agent will then explain everything to them in their own language to make sure they understand the local rules and regulations.  However, the rental agents that I have come across are not

"Housing Sales Slow to 2001 levels in Greater" was the headline in the Vancouver Sun business session on April 3rd. However, if you read the content details, the whole story doesn't have any figures to support the headline. K-W HOME SALES HOLD THEIR OWN IN MARCH DESPITE ECONOMIC CONCERNS

KITCHENER, ON (April 4,2008) - Sales of residential real estate in Kitchener-Waterloo and area remained very strong during the first quarter of 2008 despite fears of a national economic downturn.

During the first quarter of 2008, there were a total of 1,483 home sales, just 1.5 percent short of last year's record for the same period. In the midst market uncertainty caused by the housing crisis in the United States, lower overall economic growth in Canada and steadily increasing energy costs.
