Happy New Year and Gong Hay Fat Choy! Once again “Thank you” for your continuous support over the last 14 years. 2005 was a good but a dramatic year for me. In 2005 it was a record breaking year for the real estate industry, however my unexpected disk surgery put me immobile and out of work for almost 3 months and on top of that, my beloved dog, Tan, went totally blind in August. Being the active person that I am, it was the most painful thing I have ever encountered. The most valuable lesson that I learned out of the whole incident was the importance of family and friendships. Without them, I wouldn’t be able
