The August stats shows Vancouver's Summer housing market is slow. In fact, it is the
slowest Auguest since 1998. Well, should buyers be celebrating? why are we worrying?
They were complaining about our high price housing market so they should jump into the market
now.
The stock market is even more volatile than real estate market but there are still sales
everyday. With the incredible low interest rate, this can't be a better time for our young Canadian
family to find their dream home. I understand more family would prefer to have a house
rather than an apartment. So, I'm going to share 15 lowest-priced detached houses now on
the market in 8 metro municipalities with you. Now, having said that, this doesn't mean
all these houses are in great location or great shape in those areas. I'm sure our
listeners understand if everything is perfect, houses wouldn't be that cheap in those
areas but with your imagination, one can convert it into a great family home.
