Pent Up Demand!

Just a quick note to share with u that the market is turning around way faster than we expected. I'm sure you don't need me to tell u that it's interest rate related together with the great housing price. My colleagues and I are facing between 2 - 10 multiple offers on the regular basis now. It covers everywhere not just downtown, it's in the Fraser Valley to Westside & downtown of course. Sold prices are anywhere from thousands of $ over asking to $100k over asking. Buyers are putting all cash no subjects offer again!! Lots of parents are buying for kids so they have lots of equity sitting aside & no need to worry about financing. Although the government said they will keep the low rate till June 2010, I won't rely on it cause if the economic situation changed and inflation goes up, nothing can be guaranteed. Get your financing ready if you wish to do something. Before the market fully heats up, should u be interested in upgrading and get into the market, I strongly recommend you not to wait any longer.
